Warranty Terms
Limited Warranty for the United States
This Limited Warranty ("Warranty") sets forth the rights and responsibilities between us and the end-user purchaser ("You" or "Customer") concerning the product(s) you have purchased directly from us and our authorized resellers in the United States.
Because we cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this Warranty applies only to products that were purchased from us or an authorized seller, unless otherwise prohibited by law. We reserve the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites.
We encourage you to review this Warranty thoroughly. By using our product you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Warranty. For any warranty issues, please submit a claim via our Warranty Center here.
Warranty Period
We warrant our products and accessories against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with published guidelines for the periods set forth below ("Warranty Period"). The Warranty Period begins on the date of delivery to the original end-user purchaser.
Limited Warranty Periods
- Devices: 1-Year Warranty
- Attachments and Accessories: 90-Day Warranty*
*Please note that accessories exclusively include charging cables, removable components of the devices, adapters, carrying cases, and charging stands.
Warranty Exclusions
This Warranty does not cover: (i) products purchased from unauthorized resellers; (ii) abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, or liquid contact; (iii) products used for purposes other than those for which they were designed; (iv) cosmetic damage, including scratches and dents, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (v) normal wear and tear or aging; (vi) damage resulting from failure to follow instructions or improper installation; (vii) products sold "AS IS"; (viii) consumable parts such as batteries designed to diminish over time; (ix) damage due to unauthorized repairs; or (x) products with serial numbers removed.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Warranty Claims
We will replace any product that proves to be defective during the Warranty Period with a product of the same model that is new or comprised of new and/or previously used parts that have been tested and passed functional requirements. Discontinued products may be replaced with a product of comparable value and function.
To obtain warranty service, please submit a warranty claim here. If a product is replaced, the original Warranty Period will continue from the date of delivery of the original product, not from the date of replacement.
Limitation of Remedies
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

Certified Refurbished Product
Certified Refurbished products sold by us will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1-Year from the delivery date. Please note these products may show minor signs of use that affect cosmetic appearance, but these do not affect functional performance.
